a red dinner was presented within the framework of ‘100 dinners’ at Current: A Space in Amsterdam, December 2022.

The idea was to host a dinner by taking one ingredient as the starting point as well as the ‘star’ of the meal.
For it, I chose the tomato.
The ‘red dinner’ counted with 5 kilos of three different kinds of tomatoes, which were transformed in each course.
